clocked 5km yesterday after dinner and beer with my dearest emo buddy. i pushed myself so that i'll do an average of 5min/per km instead of my usual 6-7min/km, and it felt horrible. need to relook on the necessity to cut down some bad habits, tagged along with good will power. at least i need to believe i can do so. yes i can.

would you like to yes, my can?
couldn't recognise her in the first place, with her deemed to be "chinky chonky" hair. like what the hell. realised that there is some minor resemblance of a taiwan mui. and u're not fat my dear, trust me. there's so many dr.nutties out there who wants to have a bod like yours. not round like mine.
anyhoo, we went to shokudo japanese pasta & pizza for a meal. seafood pasta ain't that bad, as it is first time for me, not really a seafood fan when it comes this. beer saved us from the horrible coffee we got from gloria jeans.
food was fine, drinks were good, and company was even better. thanks for listening me out babe. we do feel like friends of decades despite we barely even meet up for more than 20 times in our life lol. just pray that we can churn out effort to up that number. btw, good luck to you and your guy, family politics suck i know, so does long-Ds. keep your heads high and brace through life's storm, if you believe that journey is worth taking for.
